CardioLight 
Light weight, longer workouts, aimed at burning fat! No barbell or complex skills. Unlimited CardioLight classes are included for free in all monthly memberships.
 

Barbell Club 
For higher level athletes working on technique. Not for beginners who still need to develop strength and body control. Athletes are recommended to have a full snatch of at least #115/85.
