New Location!


Our Grand Opening celebration inside our new bigger unit is Saturday, May 28th! We have moved next door into a bigger unit. This means more room for our athletes to have a better CrossFit experience. Join us this Saturday at 9am for a free workout. If you love it, sign up for our Foundations Course which will be $50 off this Saturday ONLY. That's a crazy deal that we never offer! Email jennifer@crossfitkindle.com with questions. Here are a few tips if you plan on coming this Saturday for your first ever CrossFit class:

1. Eat a good solid breakfast. If you are not a morning person and you struggle getting food down in the morning, just make sure you have something. A good carb source to fuel your body during exercise is very important, especially if your body is not used to exercising.

2. Wear comfy clothes! The weather should be pretty perfect this Saturday.

3. Drink water. Lots of water. More water than you think you need to drink. And make sure to bring a water bottle (or two)....(or three)....!

4. Do not be afraid to ask questions. Us coaches are there to help you and we want you to feel comfortable and fully understand the workout, standards, movements, etc. Please don't hesitate to ask questions. Chances are the person next to you is wondering the same thing!

We are so excited and can't wait to meet you guys and watch you fall in love with CrossFit Kindle and our new building!
